  Bad buisness!!! Response to the owners response! As I stated to you over the phone the first and second time I called and also in my bad review, I was completely shut down, rudly interuputed and then hung up on.... U didn't give the chance for me to give u tid bit of information, nor did u ask me if I made a purchase from you. I was not only calling to get advice but to see if u indeed had the insulation for me to purchase so that I could be a returning customer. Everything that I have said was completely honest, not in any way a lie, so I am not worried about my post. If you want returning customers try being patient and taking the few minutes out of ur day to listen to the calls u get, u never know it may in fact be a returning or potential customer!

  Horrible! Dangerous and incompetent. We requested fireplace inspections on 3 fireplaces in a newly purchased home; we were told they were fine and we could light a fire. We followed instructions EXACTLY as given by the inspectors, (opening flue etc) and our entire downstairs was full of black smoke within a couple hours. If we had gone to bed earlier, we could have been poisoned by smoke. When confronted the next day, the owner claimed their job was "to look for safety concerns not function unless problem was previously noted" - in our view, function and safety are one and the same, with a fireplace. And I clearly stated the function was unknown at the time of inspection, since we had never used any of them and just bought the house a year ago. He returned our check with a nasty note saying he felt "ripped off". No concern for our family. No apology for what happened, nor offer to re-inspect it. He told us "good luck finding anyone to fix your problem in this area". I was shocked by his unkindness and lack of concern. The owner need not worry - we would never use this company again!

  We are very happy with our dealings here. Found just what we were looking for at a great price and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and care when the guys came to install our stove and pipe. We couldn't have asked for more, thanks Dave and crew!
